Poetry, Romance, and Lord Byron (1788.01.22)

LORD BYRON ON CROSSCURRENTS, 1/22:  The most flamboyant and notorious British poet of the Romantic Movement who gained notoriety by his scandalous private life and brilliant use of the English language, Lord Byron was born on this date in 1788.  The romance of Lord Byron’s poetry has inspired a show of love and triumph through “doo wop” music to which you are invite on Crosscurrents, 1/22 at 8 am.  ( radio link: http://www.krnn.org )
