Foreign diplomats can get confusing. There occasionally no differences in actions which state departments attempt to distinguish. For example:

An “incursion” is differentiated from an “invasion”.

Seems like a distinction were there is none..

A sortie becomes an attack, and the result is the same, namely…

APPROPRIATION AND OCCUPATION…THEY ARE IN.

  1. I think your dogs should run for president and vice president of the usa. They can hash out which is which. They seem much more on the ball than the last/current four.
