“It Us Not Enough…You Must Work At It.” (A Day Of Contrast)

It was obvious yesterday that there was a difference in atmosphere from the morning to the afternoon. For example…

From the dock…

…to the demonstration.

From the port…

…to the protest.

From the waterside…

…to the curbside.

“With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts….. It isn’t enough to talk about peace. One must believe in it. And it isn’t enough to believe in it. One must work at it.” — Eleanor Roosevelt

  2. While I prefer tranquility, outrage with appropriate demonstrative actions are all so necessary. I’m glad we still have the right to freedom of speech…hope it’s not the next to go.
